Protein Pancakes

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 Banana

1 Egg

1/4 cup Rolled Oats

1/2 serve Protein Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Dash Milk of choice (skim, low fat, fortified nut milk)

1 tsp Psyllium Husk (optional)

Toppings - Greek yoghurt, and fruit of choice

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into Blender, and Blitz until smooth

  2. Heat non-stick frying pan to medium-high heat

  3. Pour pancakes to size of choice in pan, and flip once bubbles start forming. Repeat until all batter used.

  4. Serve with greek yoghurt, and fruit of choice (I love blueberries with mine)
